Return Policy

To return an item, please e-mail info@tonernmore.com or call us, and we will issue you a Return Authorization #.

• Return Authorization #'s are only valid for 15 days from time issued.
• All returns are subject to shipping charges if you got free shipping.
• Must be packed in bigger box, no writing on the actual item.
• Any product sent back without a Return Authorization # will not be credited.
• We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides on-line tracking, such UPS, FedEx or DHL. We are not liable for any loss occurred during transit or damage caused by the carrier.

Non-Defective Return

To return an item in unopened and original condition within 30 days of purchase, there will be a restocking fee of 20%. After 30 days the restocking fee will be 30% to 50%. The item packaging must be in excellent condition and must be wrapped up before returning it. Sorry, we can not credit any opened merchandise. Items marked "Sales are final" or "Special order" are not returnable.

Defective-Item Return

If an item is defective, we will replace the product within 60 days of purchase, at no restocking fee and free shipping of the new item. We will also send you a call tag (return label) to send the defective item back to us at no charge. The item and packaging must be kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.

For Xerox defectives, Call directly the Xerox End User Hotline at 1-800-835-6100 (choose option 1, then again option 1). You will need to provide the serial number of the machine.
